Using this site
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Products and pricing
We try to display our products and prices accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, in which case we will refund you in full.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If we can't fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where a product is unavailable.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our products are designed for the purposes described on their product pages and should be used accordingly.
