Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Cost and timing
Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £50 and over, and £4.99 below that. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99, typically arriving in 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Delays
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally couriers are delayed by weather, strikes or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email fauna1.comm@gmail.com and we'll chase it.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll do what we can to help.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but hasn't reached you, email fauna1.comm@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it.
